reactive expansion ?

Default reactive expansion ?

Hi Please how to model a reactive expansion from a desired chemical composition ( 10% H2O, 20%h2, 15%oh,...) in fluent ? I cannot use non premixed combustion (prepdf) because of the mixture fraction (not zero and not one) .
