K-omega model

I want to use this k-omega model. I would like how to calculate omega from the values of epislon and k since I am have to intialize the flow field.

Re: K-omega model

omega=[k^(1/2)]/[C^(1/4)*l] where C is a costant and it's value is generally 0.09; l is the turbulent lenght scale and is value is 0.07*L (for internal flow) where L is the geometric lenght scale (diameter for a circular tube, hydraulic dyameter for non circular tube, ecc). Hope this helps Emanuele
