Dear Sir,

I did simulation on combustion of wood.. Wood length is 100cm x 5cm x 2cm(experimentally). it'is non-premixed and i used prePDF.

I did use DPM where: 1. the wood particle(combusting particle) is injected from surface.how do i define the particle diameter? 2. i define the moisture content of wood as water-liquid (droplet particle) and also injected from the same surface as the wood particle.is this possible?

i have questions too on prepdf: 1. when i display my pdf table, the graph shape seem to converge (i mean did not touch the x-axis). does this will affect my result in fluent? i've tried reduced my LHV value and the graph shape keep going down but this will not the real LHV as calculated according to C,H,O,N value.

highly appreciated of your advice or comments.TQ.

Regards, emir
