Stirred tank, TKE, DES, RSM
Dear FLUENT expert,
Anybody have the experience in stirred tank modelling? I'm currently doing a simulation of mixing tank via MRF and RSM or DES. I am new in stirred tank modelling and therefore I'm not sure whether I can take directly the turbulent kinetic energy, TKE, (from RSM) and velocity fluctuations (from turbulent intensity) in FLUENT. A part of that I've never did any DES or LES modelling before, so I don't have any idea how to calculate the TKE in DES. I'm looking forward for any advise from CFD Fluent user. Thanks in advance.
