I.C. Valve motion

How do you specify the valve motion in Fluent 6.1? I have tried as the manual says but it doesn't work! Where exactly do you enter the values for angle and lift? I take it its in the command line? what EXATLY has to be typed in to get it to work?

Many Thanks

Mike

Re: I.C. Valve motion

hi Mike,

i dont know anything regarding the tutorial, because i dont have. but as of my knowledge, You have to write angle & lift in a notepad file and then you read it from the define-->profiles-->read-->browse for the file.

i think it will work. check it.
