Default problem about wall Yplus

i am studying on gas-liquid two-phase flow. there are bubbles and water, so there are water Y+ and bubble Y+,which should i concentrated on? both? if a few cells more than 5,how can i do? refine or coarsen mesh?

Turbulence is primarilasociated with continuous phase. In your case it is water.KP
