GAMBIT Problem ,,,very thin geometries

Hi, I am learning this software and so may be my query is trivial for u. I need to make a geometry in GAMBIT with the thickness of a pouch as 0.0006m and height as 0.09 m. Now when I make this I'm able to see only a pointsince the dimensions r soo small even if I give it in cm then thickness is almost comes as a single line & I'm not able to see anything. Is there any way so that I can zoom my geometry or anything else? Can anyone give me any clues or help.

There is an icon in the global control of the GAMBIT window. The description of it is "fit to screen". If you click you can see the geometry clearly..

I've been working on the millimeter scale for a project and have found that if I create my geometries in GAMBIT on this scale I have meshing problems. An alternative is to create your item on a larger scale in GAMBIT, I've been scaling up by two orders of magnitude (say 9m and .06m in your case) and then scale it down in FLUENT.

Check the gambit tutorials. These will give you baselines on selecting, zooming, etc.
Quick tips though: Hold the control button, then with your mouse you can draw a box around the geometry you want to zoom into. If you hold CTRL and double-click, you will zoom to the extent of the geometry (zoom-to-fit). When selecting geometry, you can hold shift and pick the geometry. There is a lot more info than this in the tutorials, but hopefully this will get you started. Also, you'll probably want to model this in cm or mm instead of m. This doesn't affect the views, but Gambit has a lower absolute tolerance limit of 1e-06, but has issues as large as 1e-05. So with an edge of 0.0006m, the smallest mesh you could have is 0.00001 for the edge. But then you're going to start running into issues if your grid isn't perfectly rectangular. Instead if you model the geometry as 0.6mm, then you'll have much better success with the mesh (again, due to the lower tolerance being 1e-06... Gambit doesn't use any units... Gambit doesn't know anything about m, mm, in, ft, nautical miles, furlongs, etc... it just uses a basic length and when you pull your mesh into Fluent, then you define the length scale, which is what Derek was getting at).
