hi friends, i am modeling a CVD process for SiC deposition by MTS H2 mixture, while intiating the boundary conditions, i am getting this gauss_elimination:singular matrix error, can anyone plzzz tell wat possibly may be the cause of this error, have i overlooked anything ?

hi, am still getting the same error, i have tried everything, now am going to use some other mesh file to check whether it has something to do with my mesh generation, hey meanwhile if u get some solution to this error , plzzzzz let me know , thanx .

hi, i got that problem solved. u might want to check the material properties. fluent dosent hv some properties and the default is 0. so just get values and fill up there. the error will disappear. it worked for me.. so i hope will work for u also. all the best
