Turbulence Viscosty Ratio!!!

Hello,

I have a question about the Turbulent Viscosity Ratio. The Fluent literature states that it is the ratio of the turbulent viscosity to the molecular viscosity. I understand that to mean it is the ratio of the eddy viscosity to the molecular viscosity. In regards the the molecular viscosity is that just the commonly refered to viscosity of any fluid??? ex. viscosity of air ~1.789e-5

Thanks in advanced, Erika
