Default Gambit : Smoothing (Laplacian, Winslow, Centroid)

I'just discovered that I could smooth with gambit.

Does any one knows the differences between Laplacian, Winslow and Centroid Area ? Is there one better than another and in which case ?

as i know . gambit can only smooth the planer faces.
