Default PLS,how to set BCs for a fan model???

dear everyone, i have contruct a 3d simple fan model in a duct, i don know what is the BCs to put. what swirl velocity, tangential velocity, and radial velocity ?

Tutorial 8, Using multiple rotating reference frames deals with a centrifugal blower, pressure-inlet and pressure outlet are used, k-epsilon turbulence model. Good Luck and enjoy the reading
