hi I have simulated compressible isothermal flow with ideal gas law in a microchannel. gas velocity and pressure is low. I put input and wall temperature 314k. But when I calculate total temperature of gas its temperature is over 314 though the increament is very small. Is it realistic. CAn any body clarify the matter. I found static temperature 314k. Thanks

Fluent coupled solver solves the energy equation combined with flow equations, even though u switch off the same in the panel. when u solved compressible flow, if the flow has finite velociy, definitely there will be positive difference of (To-Tsta).
