divergence detected in AMG solver:vof1

hi all ia using 3d cylindrical pipe ,steady state, segregated solver for simulation od immiscible flow in a pipe...iam getting this error divergence detected in AMG solver:vof1 i tried with all possible URF with minimum values too but still facing prob with convergence pls guide me how to solve this problem thanks regards Rashmi

Re: divergence detected in AMG solver:vof1

Try using the transient solver, especially if you are using the Eulerian model. Flow segregation can give problems when solved in steady state. besides if your system features steady flow in reality, it will show up when you solve the system using the unsteady solver.
