timastrop is on a distinguished road
Hello all, I am new to CFD and am self taught so far. I am trying to run a simple validation experiment by extracting the Cd of water flowing over a sphere. I have created the geometry and mesh inside ansys of a sphere with a 1m radius in a 20m square box (See attached). What I need to do is make a mesh of the water volume between the sphere and the box walls. The mesh was made by subtracting the sphere from the enclosure.

Any help would be IMMENSELY appreciated.

Cheers!
