Default UDS for adding new equation

I try to solve the electrical field equation ( laplace equation). Using the DEFINE_DIFFUSIVITY to define the diffusion coeff. of laplace eq. And without any flux function. My UDF works, but the convergence rate is very very very very.... slow, pretty poor. I give the specific value at inlet and outlet region, the specific flux at walls. Anything wrong?

Regards,
