Gaseous nitrogen cylinder deplition Problem

Now I am analyzing Cylinder depletion problem.The gaseous nitrogen is tapped from 300 bar cylinder to the utility point of 25 bar thru' control valve .I have done the steady state analysis. Now i am in need of help for the transient analysis of the above problem by (Valve Closing)converting the pressure outlet to wall BC condition over a period of time.I didn"t have the transient flow behaviour of gas nitrogen under valve closing. If any have UDF program of converting the pressure outlet to wall BC conditon over a flow time in transient analysis.
