Shredding frequency vs Time step size

Default Shredding frequency vs Time step size

Hello, All! I hope you excuse my English.

I modelling flow over a cylinder.For verification of results, I must find shredding frequency (Strouhal). But this value is different for different Time step sizes. (greater time step size gives smaller value of frequency). Is it normal?
