Swirling flow

I am working on swirling jets in unbounded media, I have proved ke, kw, rsm, Sparlat-Allmaras, RNG ke, realizable ke,.... The surprised result is that a jet of water in water with an axial velocity of 320 m/s (parabolic profile) and a maximum swirl velocity (parabolic profile) of 100 m/s and a diameter of 0.01 m is extinguished on 0.02 m. With laminar model, the reach is considerably mayor (about 50 diameters). What do you think about this result, is wrong?
