Default need help with modelling water quench

Hi Fluent users, I have to model a water quench system, which is placed at the end of a coal gasifier. I do know the gas compositio, temperature and velocity (from simulation) at the exit of the gasifier. Now I want to model the lower part with the quench system. Does anyone have experience with that? The problem is that I will have the gas exiting the gasifier, liquid water to quench the gases and evaporated water. How can I define all the different phases? Thanx for helping! Claud
