I suppose that you are using unsteady condition. Then, before starting interating, you need to set up the animation options, in which you select the variable that you want (p.e Velocity or Volume fraction) as well as the time interval. Finally, you run and every time step fluent saves the image. However, be carefully about the hard disk capacity.
