Hi
I have a static fluid ( a mixture) from which one of the species is evaporating into the air. Now i have a plate which will come down and settle on the fluid surface after the evaporation process takes place. The problem is when i include the plate in the mesh, i am not able to iterate it. I get some access violation error. The same mesh file works without the plate for a coarser mesh but if go for a finer mesh it gives a floating point error. But i need a finer mesh as i have to track the interface. Can anyone help me with these errors? Thanks in advance.. Shanti |

I am not sure if this is the cause of the error. But, please check with the interface zones which creates many problems in moving mesh models. FLUENT 6.2.16 cleared many problems related to interfaces. If you are using older version, FLUENT provides some comments(commands)to deal with interface problems.....
good luck... |
