hello, I get following error message (Fluent 6.2): "could not allocate fine level coefficient matrix" does anybody know what could be the problem. Can it be due to the pretty large grid I am using and what can I do about it? thanks

That's a memory error. Your mesh is too big for the system you're running on, or there's too much other stuff running on that system so you don't have enough memory.
You could change your domain (run a smaller portion of the model), coarsen your mesh, or run in parallel (for which you need more than one computer and at least one parallel license). Hope this helps, and good luck, Jason |
