Default mass imbalance in cavitation analysis!

I found one interesting thing many times when we are doing the cavitation analysis with very high pressure differance the mass balance is not achieved. i.e. for fuel nozzle simulation cases whwre the pressure differance is usualy 800 bar + the mass imbalance is in order of 20%.

Any one has experienced this and any remidies are available please let me know.
