Hi Everybody

I need to set up a constant pressure of 10 bar and 2 Kg of hydrogen in a fluid zone, can anyone tell me how to do that?!I've tried to "patch" these zones but the "patch" menu doensn't let me do the mass "patching". I'me trying to simulate a closed pressure vessel, where I know the temperature, the pressure and mass of the gas, can anyone tell me the way I should do this?! Really need help on this one! Thanks!

Hi Gernot

Before anything I want to thank you for your response! I've already done that, my problem is that I want to simulate closed a pressure vessel, so I have no inlets and no outlets. I tried to make a UDF defining a mass source, however I'm not getting any results with that!I've already changed the operating pressure to the one I need, but I don't know how to define the mass of fluid inside the domain that I need. Can you help me on that?

Thank you once again!

If you have a compressible fluid ( gas ) then mass of your gas is defined over pressure volume and density.
