About the scales of mesh in DES?

Default About the scales of mesh in DES?

when I use the detached eddy simulation(DES), how do I choose the scale of mesh? especially near wall.

If I choose 2mm of each mesh, does this satisfy the requirement of DES?

Would you give me some advices?
