Fluent and exergy
 
can we have the exergy analysis of a process using fluent software?(for example investigating the entropy generation number or entropy generation through heat and mass flow)

Why not? The exergy for a flow can be defined as:

ex=h_tot-T0*s

therefore it is possible in fluent define an additional custom field function, defined as before.
