Hi-
I have questions regarding transient modeling in FLUENT. I appreciate if someone will be able to answer them. 1) In customizing UDF (for example my source term) how can I tell in my code if it's a steady-state case or a transient case? Is there some RP macros FLUENT can pass on to my UDF? 2) When running a transient case with a fixed time-step size (or even adaptive), is there a way to use a custom variable for convergence criteria and move on to the next time step (preferrably using UDF) rather than setting the "Maximum Iterations per Time Step"? Thank you in advance!! |
