Default Free Surface Jet Impingement

Hi

I am modelling Jet impingement onto a flat plate, but I am having difficulty establishing the correct boundary conditions.

I have created a 2D VOF axi-symmetric model, with air as the primary phase and oil as the secondary phase, pressure inlet and pressure outlet.

I initialise and then patch oil (Volume fraction 1) into the required region then run the itteration using a time step of 1E-8 (other wise floating point error occurs). After a short while i display the contour plot, but it appears as though oil is entering through the outlet.

I think I have made an error in defining the boundary conditions/patching in the oil. can anyone provide any help with this matter?

Thank you in advance

John
