Default Fixing Inlet Profile using DEFINE_PROFILE

Hello-

I'm trying to fix the values of velocity and UDS's at the inlet face using DEFINE_PROFILE but I keep getting an all-so-user-friendly Fluent error message.

Error: CAR: invalid argument [1]: wrong type [not a pair] Error Object: ()

I want to eventually update the profile in transient. How can I get it to work? Do I need to write separate DEFINE_PROFILE macro for each? I appreciate if someone could give me an example (other than in the manual). Thanks!
