URGENT HELP: Too many vof sub-timesteps
 
Hi,

There is a error message just after begin the iterate step:

"Too many VOF sub time steps, the velocity field is probably diverging.Please check the solution and reduce the time steps if necessary".

Could you help me in this problem in urgent?

The message tells you what to do - reduce the time step. If that message appears at the first timestep, maybe you can improve the initial settings.

The number of in the bracket indicate the VOF subtime steps needed to complete 1 physical time step. The time step would be such that

VOF sub time step < time step < 100* VOF sub time step

where VOF sub time step = Time step size given/ Number in the bracket.
