strange divergence when solving multiphase problem

hi all! I am now struggling with a high-pressure gas-liquid multiphase problem. I found it strange than when the density of gas is set to constant, the solution can converge; while if i select IDEAL-GAS as it's density, the solution will diverge in one time step, and the pressure and temperature all exceed lower limits. I tried to adjust the lower limit to a reasonable number, but it seems didn't work!

Anyone could help me??

Check with your URFS. Try to tighten them.
