Default boundary condition for cavitation

Hello everybody,

I am modelling,hydrofoil (foil under water) cavitation.I want to know what should be the values of total gauge pressure,intial/supersonic gauge pressure,gauge pressure.Is there any website from where I can have appropriate values of these pressures for such kind of modeling.
