Default incomplete prePDF database how to add new species

i am trying to find kerosene C12H23 in the prePDF species list but its not in the database can you please advice i will be gratefull if you an help me and show me if there is a similar compound available to kerosene, and if not do you know how to create flamlet file in order to insert kerosene in the prePDF database.
