Mesh independence

I am modelling annular flow as 2D axisymetric (g=0).I used two different mesh scheme but finer mesh's result is not as good as coarse mesh result although all solver setting is same. Could you please help me ?

Thanks already

Did they both converge? To what level of residual are you using to 'stop' the solving process?

Also, if the flow turbulent? If you are using standard wall functions and the finer mesh has multiple cells in the boundary layer it will give the wrong answer. If this is the case, you could switch to enhanced wall treatment.
