How to model dissolving of solid?

Hello!

I am wondering how to model the following process within Fluent:

A solid, dry particle of let's say NaCl enters a region of high relative humidity (>99 %). What will happen in real life is that it will take up water and undergo deliquescence, i.e. it dissolves into liquid solution.

How can i model this with Fluent?
