temperature increased does not match the heat flux
I'm using FLUENT simulating a 3d model on conjugate heat transfer in a square duct. Water goes through a square duct(a laminar flow) and the duct is given a uniform heat flux. after the residuals and the parameters converged. the AreaWeighted Average temperature outlet is greater than than expected (about twice) the expected temperature is calculated as followed : (delta)t=Q/(M*Cp) FLUENT reported t=2*(delta)t can anyone help thans in advance

this has bothered for a long time I still can't find out why the result like this 
what are the units of the parameters in your equation please?
