hello, i want to simulate the killing of bacteria in a bottle. for this i have to set a specific number of paricles at the inner wall of the bottle which vanish when they are exposed to hot water-vapor for a specific time.

Any ideas how to do this? Do i have to do this with UDF?

I'm very thankful for any help!!!

what do I know, is that fluent is not able to simulate a fixed initial particles number, it uses a particle track with a specific given mass flow rate instead.
