Default water injection

how to proceed when water is injected to a hot gas of 3400 K stagnation temp. after some initial iteration,it is giving the message" temperature is limited to 5000 K in some cells and turbulent viscosity limited to cells". this is a 3d problem to reduce the gas temperature to very low value od 500 k. please help
