Help: Basic steps to get dynamic mesh working

Hello,

I need to simulate a flow past a oscillating cylinder. I tried to read the manual regarding dynamic mesh but it doesn't seem to help.

Is there anywhere on the net where there's relevent tutorial on how to do it?

Or can someone help or send me his/her case/data file?

Thank you.
