What is the role of operating conditions like Pressue and Temperature in Fulent - do they determine parameters of fluid?

yes, the temperatureand pressure has an effect on transport properties of medium and will change the fluid flow behaviour.

Ok, but each time I'm defining boundary conditions, I can enter different temperature for each inlet. Some what is the role of operating temperature? What is the interaction between temperatures added to each flow inlets and operating temperature?
