two-phase model (water & air)

Hi everybody, I try to investigate two-phase model, solve this problem with Fluent. It seems to be quiet easy task. Water pipe is spraying to the atmosphere and the spray is breaking into droplets. My ask is : which solver, which viscous model, which under-relaxation factor to use.

Axial velocity of water is about 20m/s, air velocity is much lower

does any body know any helpful information?

the best regards
