Use surface monitors under
-->solve-->monitors-->surface Then select options plot & write for every time step. Clicking on define button will enable you to selcet the surfaces, variable and type of averaging,etc... |

Thanks But, I want to take time average not spatial and I am not sure if FLUENT ordinaryly get average of velocity respect to time or temporal one (V(t)).

Have you tried selecting the "Data Sampling for Time Statistic" option on the iterate panel and solving, say, 10 time-steps? You can reset the time statistics in the text user interface, so that you can calculate the next time-steps.
