UDF for concentration transport equation
 

Hi

I am simulating an polymerization reactor.As we know propogation reaction can not be handled in fluent. so i want to use UDS for the perpose.I want to solve species transport equation in terms of concentration. i mean

grad.(V*Conc.ofA - D*grad of Conc. of A)= Source of A (in Kgmoles/m3.sec)

problem is i know source in kgmoles/m3.sec but i can not convert it in kg/m3.sec because molecular weight of redicals very

Anybody have idea how to define this in fluent.I know it can be done using DEFINE_UDS_FLUX but i am not sure how to proceed? Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

Hi heri. I'm working in a polymerization reactor also. How did you deal with the simulation of the species? I'm using UDFs for the sources of reaction.
