Default help needed in turbulent mixing layer

can some one help me in solving turbulent mixing problem. O am given mach number of 2 and 3 above and below the plate. I have created the geometry in gambit but not able to solve it in fluent. Can someone guide me, as how to solve this problem and obtain correct contour plot.
