Default Laser Irradiation

Hello,

I am trying to simulate laser irradiation in tissue. I am confused how to set the problem. I understand that this is done through the DOM model using semi-transparent boundaries, but the cases I have run do not match my experimental data. If you have ideas to set this problem correctly, please let me know. In my case I have a 5-mm diameter laser beam with power of 2 W/cm2. This beam should go through the medium when is incident upon a wall. THANKS A LOT

Mauricio
