urgent help

hello ppl,need some help immediately... the prob is ther r 3 heat sources placed on a wall of a block,whose 3 walls (heat source wall included) are adiabatic,1 wall is isothermal...now im unable to mesh this geometry...

pl provide a solution for the mesh
