Ergent help in Gambit

Hi,
I work on Mixed flow pump (such as found in tutoriles of gambit 2.1.2) and i make the boundary layer condition and meshing the surface after that when i meshing the volume ,Gambit not complete making an error OR tell me "you must adjust the skewness of the surface mesh OR tell me adjust the boundary layer I do my all best method but it didn,t work good Please help me thanks |

hi mohammed, i think that you are studying at the university of technology, they are interested in such field of research, however as u mentioned from your message"you must adjust the skewness of the surface mesh", try to remesh the geometry with appropriate grid skewness at region of high gradients,a good strategy is to subdivide the model into subdomains and mesh each zone individually.

Dear mohammed; I didn't know about the university of technology tell me about them (email or adress)
and how to find the region of high gradients and how to divide the model (manual or by the buttons in gambit) Many many thanks for your help I really need it |
