enhanced wall treatment

Hello Users,

Enhanced wall treatment is meant to be used on fine meshes (y+ < 4), in which case it will resolve the laminar sublayer - good for low-Re and flows through small gaps.

BUT... do I need a fine mesh on other walls where I am less concerned about getting an exact solution? The Fluent guide implies that EWT can be used either as a wall function (so I can get away with y+ > 30) or to resolve the laminar subregion.

If anyone had confirm my hunch, that would be cool. Hugh.
