Vorticity
 

Hi,

I would like to create a contour plot of vorticity in order to observe the vortical structures standing up from the wall. I am not sure how to do this, could someone advise me please.

you should be able to plot vorticity magnitude & xyz vorticity via the contours panel under contours of velocity.

Yes i can see that but on what surface should this be plotted in order to show the streaks?

Hi David, did you find your answer, because I have the same problem as you had. I would be so appreciative if you inform me.

Try FieldView.....it has good options for Vorticity
