Difficult to perform YPLUS grid adaption....

My case is a two-phase system. The YPLUS in my case is about 20. So, I decided to reduce it by YPLUS adaption.

In doing this, I set the "MAX allowed" to be 1.0. When I perform the YPLUS grid adaption for the continous phase or dispersed phase. The following error always occurs. So, I finally failed to adapt the grid. What is the reason? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
